We inform and encourage all artists & art lovers through our monthly presentations and demonstrations.
A full yearly programme of activities includes workshops, exhibitions visits and social events.
The aim of Rugby & District Art Society is to foster all forms of art in the town and district. The membership is a representative mix of amateur and professional artists and others interested in the arts in Rugby and a wide surrounding area.
Our monthly meetings on the first Wednesday of the month at 7.30pm are held at Dunchurch Village Hall.
There are new requirements, which mean all those entering the exhibition must give more attention to their final details of artwork, as NO changes will be accepted after the entry closing date.
We will be doing an exhibition catalogue and need the details early in order to prepare and print it.
The deadline for handing in your completed Entry Forms is Wednesday 6th November
Our newsletter is The Easel. This is a showcase for all aspects of the Society’s activities. It reports committee meetings, events, exhibitions and anything else that is thought to be of interest to members and those who would like to learn more about our Society.
